Sales Responsibilities

1.Achieve Sales and Marketing Goals: Responsible for achieving all sales and marketing targets in the assigned region.

2.Collaborate with Distributors: Lead and collaborate with distributors to develop detailed local and regional business plans.

3.Provide Clinical Support and Training: Offer expert clinical support, business support, and training to all IntoCare distributors.

4.Meet Sales and Profit Targets: Ensure the achievement of established sales and profit objectives.

5.Manage Sales Activities: Oversee the delivery of sales and marketing activities.

6.Partner Management: Identify, screen, and contract with suitable partners, including distributors, independent sales representatives, and agents.

Marketing Responsibilities

1.Develop Market Strategies: Serve as the primary sales and marketing leader in the designated region, formulating and executing market strategies.

2.Obtain Customer Feedback: Gather customer/user feedback for product and service improvement.

3.Engage with Key Opinion Leaders: Maintain contact with key opinion leaders and clinicians to establish and nurture market relationships.

Business Responsibilities

1.Assist in R&D: Provide design input, validate designs, and support the R&D department during product development.

2.Document Preparation and Review: Assist in preparing, reviewing, or submitting CE-related documents as needed.

3.Negotiate with Partners: Conduct negotiations with target partners to establish business collaborations.
