Responsibilities 工作职责

1.       Serve as the primary sales leader for IntoCare in Latin America.

2.       Deliver all sales & marketing objectives in target regions.

3.       Lead and partner with distributors and direct sales managers, developing detailed local and regional business plans, preparing quarterly and annual forecasts and proactively communicating status and dynamic actions plans to support the business.

4.       Identify, vet and contract suitable partners (distributors, independent sales representatives, agents).  Successfully develop and use distributor questionnaires & profiles.

5.       Liaise with Key Opinion Leaders and Clinicians.

6.       Provide expert clinical support, business support and training for all IntoCare distributors and direct sales representatives in target regions.

7.       Actively partner with other stakeholders at the end user level including surgeons, clinicians, economic buyers, contracts, materials management. Build direct relationships with all stakeholders that influence the decision to trial, adopt and purchase IntoCare technology.

Required Competencies and Skills 所需的能力与技能

1.       Strong, tenured clinical business and medical device commercialization leader.

2.       5 years plus of international sales experience in surgical field

3.       Demonstrates business leadership skills with ability to coach and develop.

4.       Key Account competency with ability to communicate at Executive and senior level.

5.       Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish, Portuguese as an additional value-added skill 

6.       Adapt to at least 50% of business travels
